This is the reservation page for the "Kanazawa KOMERU Groumet & Culture" sightseeing tour, which will be held on Monday, September 4th, where you can enjoy Kanazawa's food (Groumet) and traditional culture (Culture).

Groumet experience
●Archecciano Chef Masayuki Okuda 's world-first "Oil Sushi" special kaiseki course, featuring the combination of simple seasonings of salt and oil and the harmony of ingredients.
Kenrokutei, a famous Kanazawa restaurant that is normally closed in the evenings, has been specially reserved for this tour, and Chef Okuda will be serving up "oil sushi" made with seafood from the Hokuriku region, as well as local Kanazawa cuisine prepared by Kenrokutei, including jibuni, so you can relax and enjoy the luxury of food in the ancient capital of Kanazawa.
*Includes wine and local sake pairing (non-alcoholic options available)
●Special menu of rice flour pancakes from Cafe Tamon, a popular restaurant in Kanazawa Higashi Chaya District
Located in Higashi Chaya District, a historic area of Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the popular townhouse cafe "Cafe Tamon" has queues every day. Their signature rice flour pancakes are made with rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, grown using environmentally sustainable farming methods. They also work towards the sustainable future of Ishikawa Prefecture by milling rice of sizes that are normally discarded, and are also working towards the SDGs. Cafe Tamon, a popular restaurant that is also popular with foreign visitors, will be offering a special pancake plate exclusively for this tour.
Groumet experience
・A special plate of the world's first "Oil Sushi" by Chef Masayuki Okuda of Archecchiano, combining "simple seasoning with salt and oil" and "the harmony of ingredients."
・Special rice flour pancake menu from Cafe Tamon, a popular restaurant in Kanazawa Higashi Chaya District
Culture experience〉
・A special ozashiki-asobi experience exclusive to this tour will be held at Kenrokutei, a famous Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa that is usually closed at night, where you will be invited to a Kanazawa geisha who is not open to first-time customers.
・Lacquer and gold repair artist《 Nayuki Sonodai 》 Experience applying gold leaf to chopsticks
・10 gods are enshrined as deities Utasu Shrine Visit to the shrine
・Wearing a kimono Kenrokuen Garden Stroll around
・A professional photographer will take photos of your tour and deliver professional-quality photos of your travel memories to you later.

12 o'clock 30 minutes | Meet at Utasu Shrine in Higashi Chaya District (prayer)
13:00 | Meal at Cafe Tamon (rice flour pancakes) & gold leaf chopsticks experience
14:00 30 minutes | Stroll through the castle town from Higashi Chaya District to Kenrokuen
3pm 30 minutes | Change into a kimono, stroll around Kenrokuen Garden, and take photos
5pm | Dinner (special oil sushi experience), Ozashiki play
7pm | Scheduled to end

5pm 30 minutes | Change into a kimono, stroll around Kenrokuen Garden, and take photos
