It is now available at the RICE SHOP for a limited time only.

Hakodate Brewery is located in southern Hokkaido, which was known as “箱館” in ancient times.
The amazake produced at Hakodate Brewery goes very well with Komeru's rice flour,
We wanted those who were not able to attend the event to be able to taste it,
We would like to offer it to those who were not able to attend the event.

Rice-flour sweetened basque cheesecake is unique in that it is completely sugar-free and sweetened only with rice.
You can enjoy a gluten-free and guilt-free sweet without any emulsifiers or other additives.

And it goes well with its ingredients, sake, whisky, shochu, wine and other alcoholic beverages. 
Even those who don't normally enjoy sweets will groan at the taste.


The taste changes from the first day of thawing to the second day, with the sweetness increasing on the fifth day, making it a pleasure to eat little by little.
As a frozen product, it can be stored for a long time.

［Delicious way to serve.]
The best way is to defrost naturally in the fridge for half a day. It is best to cut into portions and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
If you are in a hurry, take the cheesecake out of the bag, transfer it to a plate, warm it in defrost mode for about 3 minutes, then place it in the refrigerator to cool slightly before serving.
