The best way is to let it thaw naturally in the refrigerator for half a day. It is best to cut the portion to be eaten and let it come to room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
If you are in a hurry, remove the cheesecake from the bag, transfer it to a plate, warm it in defrost mode for about 3 minutes, and then place it in the refrigerator to cool slightly before serving.
