This time, we will introduce a refreshing salad of spicy meat sauce and cucumber using KOMERU rice flour fresh fettuccine .

【material】
<Refreshing spicy meat sauce>
・KOMERU rice flour fettuccine
・100g minced pork
・30g onion
・20g celery
・1 tomato
・15g garlic
・1 red chili pepper (sliced into rings)
・1 and 1/3 tablespoons olive oil
・2 tablespoons of white wine
4 tablespoons water
・Salt and pepper to taste
<Cucumber salad>
・2/3 onion
・2 cucumbers
・2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
・A little salt

<Refreshing spicy meat sauce>
1. Boil rice flour fettuccine.
2. Make a spicy meat sauce.
Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, and when the garlic turns white, add the chopped onion and celery. Add a pinch of salt, boil down the water from the celery and onion, and remove from the frying pan.
3. Add the ground meat to a frying pan and fry until the white and red parts are visible.
4. Add 2 to 3 , then add white wine, chili pepper, and finely chopped tomatoes to create a refreshing, spicy meat sauce.
<Cucumber salad>
1. Add the onions soaked in water to the white wine vinegar.
2. Cut the cucumber into half moon slices and mix with the onion.
<Finishing>
1. Add the boiled rice flour fettuccine to the lightly spicy meat sauce in the frying pan, mix lightly and serve on a plate.
2. Top with the onion and cucumber salad and it's done.
